Q. Do I need an appointment to view the collections?
A. Yes — viewings are by appointment only. Contact us to arrange a time.

 

Q. Do you carry stock?
A. We don’t hold stock locally, only samples. Some mills may have limited stock for sampling, but each article must be checked individually.

 

Q. What are the minimums if no stock is available?
A.  As a guide:  Minimum for general fabrics is 25-50mts (from stock there is no minimum).

Minimum for laces varies depending on the article (from stock the minimum is around 5mts)

 

Q. What is the lead time for fabrics?
A. Sampling usually takes 4–6 weeks, while production is 6–8 weeks. Timelines vary by mill, and we’ll provide specific dates once your order is placed.

 

Q. Are your mills open to developments?
A. Yes — many mills can realize your own designs in jacquards and prints. Set‑up costs may apply depending on the artwork and quantity.

 

​Q. Do you sponsor students?
A. Some mills are open to sponsorship. Please enquire about the specific mill, and we’ll connect you with the right contact.

 

​Q. Do I have to pay for shipping?
A. Yes. Prices are ex‑mill in euros, so transport costs are added to the invoice. If you prefer to use your own courier account, please advise us at the time of order.

 

Q. How do I make payment?
A. Most customers pay in advance via proforma invoice. Payment is normally made by bank transfer directly to the mill. Please note we do not accept payment through our office. For Sophie Hallette, an online card payment facility is available.
